1. General Information

The website Mystika, accessible at https://mystika.oravitae.fr/, is operated by a sole proprietorship registered in France.

2. Purpose

These terms and conditions govern the sale of products offered on the Mystika website. By confirming an order, the customer acknowledges having read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these T&Cs.

3. Products

Each product is presented with a detailed description and non-contractual photographs. Products are offered subject to availability.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in euros (€), including all taxes (VAT), excluding shipping costs. Mystika reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice but agrees to apply the rates in effect at the time of the order.

5. Orders

The ordering process includes the following steps:

• Confirm personal information

• Choose delivery method

• Secure payment

An order confirmation will be sent by email.

Mystika reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a dispute, payment issue, or suspected fraud.

6. Payment

Payments are secured and can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or other methods indicated on the website. Orders are confirmed upon payment validation.

7. Delivery

Deliveries are handled by a third-party provider. Estimated delivery times are provided for information only.

In the event of a delay, no refund will be issued unless the carrier declares the order as lost.

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, customers have 14 days from the date of receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Returned items must be in their original condition and returned at the customer’s expense.

9. Legal Warranties

Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-4 et seq.) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

10. Liability

Mystika shall not be held liable for any indirect damage resulting from the use of the website or products. Access to the site may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance without prior notice.

11. Intellectual Property

All site content (texts, images, logos, etc.) is protected by intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

12. Applicable Law and Disputes

These T&Cs are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought. Failing that, French courts shall have jurisdiction.
